Frequently Asked Questions

Q. When will my service switch to Long Distance America?

A. Long Distance America will handle the entire process of switching your long distance service for you.

Q. When will my previous provider stop billing me?

Of course, should you have any questions, you can always call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-478-8724. Remember that there is a delay between the time you change over your service and the billing for your present service stops. Until such time as this changeover occurs, Long Distance America will continue to bill you for services you use. You will not be double-billed by Long Distance Services.

Q. Will I be charged a penalty if I cancel my service?

A. No. Long Distance America does not charge early-termination or any other penalties. You can add new services or cancel existing services as you see fit. Once your services have been canceled, any monthly fees that are part of your service will automatically stop.
